RETURNS AND REFUNDS - LEGAL GUARANTEE
If your purchase on Invictus69 does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return for Satisfaction or Refund:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, there are a few conditions to consider:
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the "satisfied or refunded" right of return is excluded in cases where the supply concerns sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and were opened after delivery.
Return Procedure:
To make a return, follow these steps:

Package the Products: Carefully package the products you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original packaging.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the products, we'll inspect their condition. If everything is in order, we'll process your refund.
Return Without Delay: The return of products to Invictus69 must do so without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw. The deadline is considered met if the products were shipped before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds:
The refund process for returns will be handled carefully within 20 business days from the date the products arrive at our warehouse. Please note that these times may vary due to shipping delays, holidays, or force majeure. However, we want to reassure you that we will do our best to minimize these changes.
The item will be refunded only after completing the appropriate quality checks. If the return is due to defects, we will carefully verify the non-conformity declared by the end customer. This process ensures maximum transparency and accuracy in the refund process.
Regarding processing times, your refund will be processed within approximately 20 days of the return item's final inspection. We want to assure you that we are committed to processing your refund as quickly as possible, while ensuring the quality and integrity of the process.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. This means that if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card. If you used PayPal Express or Apple Pay, the refund will be processed through these services.
Defective Products:
If you've received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we're here to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. In these cases, we'll cover all return shipping costs, ensuring a smooth process for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to promptly correcting any issues.
Procedure for Returning Defective Products:
Contact us: Report the problem by contacting our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do so by sending an email to info@i nvictus69.com , including your order number and a detailed description of the defect or damage.
Return Authorization: You will receive detailed instructions and authorization to process your return. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure the process is handled effectively.
Packaging: Please carefully package the defective product, making sure to include all accessories and the original packaging.
Labeling: Apply the return label provided following the instructions to facilitate traceability.
Shipping: Return the product using our authorized shipping service. All shipping costs will be covered by Invictus69 .
Verification and Refund or Replacement:
Once we receive your return, we'll thoroughly inspect the defective product. Depending on your preference, we'll issue a full refund or replace the damaged product.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE - RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 771/2019/CE, we guarantee the conformity of the products Invictus69 and we are committed to providing you with appropriate solutions in the event you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Right to Compliance:
If the product has defects or non-conformities, you have the right to have the conformity restored through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies as specified in the Consumer Code.
Warranty Period:
The legal guarantee of conformity covers defects for a maximum period of 24 months from delivery of the product, without prejudice to the fact that your right to assert the defect will expire within 26 months from delivery.
Procedure for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
Return Request: Follow the instructions provided in the "Return Request" section, indicating "Damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect product" as the specific reason and attaching images of the item clearly highlighting the defect.
Confirmation and Instructions: You will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.
Returns and Quality Controls: Authorization for a return does not constitute acknowledgement of defects; non-conformity will be confirmed after the return. We reserve the right to refund only after appropriate quality controls have been performed.
Refund in Case of Non-Compliance:
If non-conformity is found, we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or via bank transfer.
